Sorry. I had to scrap my older fanfiction called "Hard Times" and get on to the sequel. It will be a third person story so I DON'T CARE ENOUGH.

Chapter 1[]

The large cherry tree was once just a small myth. Eventually, after the incident with something sharp and throwable cutting a pair of cherries' stem, a person discovered it.

The tree is the initial birthplace of most living cherries. After a cherry's flower stage, which starts whenever and ends a year later, the said cherry will appear, though it's green and it doesn't have arms and legs. Once ripe, the cherry will begin the process of it's limbs' development.

One, however, did not know what it's life's expectations were before being plucked.

The cherry was already developed by the time it woke up.

It took it's first few breaths while it was still hanging on it's branch.

That's how the cherry was born. Its heart started up.

The cherry's stem was a bit too strong. It can't detach from the tree branch.

The cherry tried to wiggle itself free, but to no avail.

It got saddened, possibly from it's failure to get off the tree.

Suddenly, a ball started climbing the tree, unaware of the cherry.

The ball was colored orange. A dark orange, but not brown. Black likes were visible on the ball.

The cherry didn't who who it is. It was a bit scared.

Finally noticing the cherry, the ball ran onto it's branch. From here, the ball can detect the cherry's gender.

The ball spoke. "Hey. Are you alright?"

However, since the cherry is a newborn, it didn't talk at all.

The ball learns this. The cherry isn't the only one who didn't talk as a newborn.

"Uh, you look like a boy. Sorry if I'm being racist. Uh, who are you?"

The cherry became questioned. He doesn't know himself. Mainly due to the fact that he was a newborn.

Trying to detach himself again and once again failing to fall down, he looks saddened again.

The ball knows something is up with the cherry. "Dom't worry, let me help you."

The ball suddenly reached one of his legs toward the cherry's stem, able to grab onto it. He pulled the cherry's stem until...

Snap!

The cherry's short, green stem was finally detached. What stayed on the stem is a small leaf.

Still being held by his stem, the cherry was carried and letted go to the top of it's branch.

The cherry felt a breeze for the first time. The leaf that is on his stem fluttered in the wind, waving like a flag.

As thanks, the cherry climbed to the top of the ball at a fast speed.
